a true story based on a couple dogs in my neighborhood, back when bed-stuy brooklyn was largely abandoned cars and stray dogs, there was a rotweiler named Rocky, used to meet me late at night by the subway, walk me home, give me advice on women and how to fine tune my career. for a while he had a girlfriend named bessie, a little blonde hottie from the suburbs, a golden-retriever mix... this is about them.
